Maria Lindberg, LCPC

Maria holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. Prior to working at the Center for Contextual Change she worked in several mental health programs including two residential treatment facilities, inpatient psychiatry, college counseling, and community settings.

Maria is excited to join the CCC and offer practical, effective and compassionate therapy tailored to individual treatment concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, abuse and trauma, eating disorders, addiction, self harm behaviors, anger management, and other mental health issues. Maria specializes in working with adolescents and young adults, in addition to working with adult clients.

By utilizing the Collaborative Change Model, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and strength based models Maria is devoted to helping clients gain skills and deeper understanding that will help bring about positive change.
