We are committed to providing diverse opportunities for healing and growth and believe that group therapy provides unique opportunities for the process of change.

The process of group therapy provides many benefits for the group members including:

• A safe place that can instill hope and help the members maintain motivation for treatment
• Learning that their experiences are not unique, but reflect a process that is normal, given their individual life experiences
• A place to learn helpful and relevant information
• Development of more effective coping skills
• Development of effective social skills
• A place where members experience appropriate and effective modeling of new behaviors
• A safe place to experience corrective emotional experiencing
• Developing more insight into their own behavior and the behaviors of others
• A safe environment to process the existential questions relevant to issues of grief and trauma
