Complex Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Recovery Group

This is a stage two recovery and support group for female adult survivors of prolonged and recurrent experiences of trauma, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, and violence. People are most likely to experience Complex PTSD if their abuse occurred in childhood, was prolonged, and happened in the context of significant relationships.

Clients must be in individual therapy and have completed DBT skills training. If the client has not completed skills training they must be in individual with a DBT therapist and have a working knowledge of the skills.
